Change Team Members Sort Order

Want your team members to display in a different order? You can do that here. The process is simple, however there are a few extra steps if your team members are using categories.

When Not Using Categories

  • Go to the main Team Members page where all your team is listed
  • In the example below, John Doe is before Jane Doe, and that is how they will be displayed on the site
  • With your mouse, click, hold, and drag the arrows icon and move the team member to the order you want them to display. Let go to drop them into position.
  • In the example below, Jane Doe was moved above John Doe, and will be displayed this way on the website

  • There is no save button. The changed sort order is automatic.

When Using Categories

Important: You must first list your team members by category, then their sort order can be changed within the category. This needs to be done for each category.

Step 1. List Team Members by Category

  • In the filter bar, click on the All Categories select menu
  • Select the Category for the team members you want to change their order
  • Click the Filter button
  • Only team members assigned with your selected category will be displaying

Step 2. Changing the Sort Order

  • With your mouse, click, hold, and drag the arrows icon and move the team member to the order you want them to display. Let go to drop them into position.
  • There is no save button, as your changes are automatic
