Add Team Member

Adding team members is simple. A helpful tip is to have your assets and information ready.

Display Options

Sort Order

Although you can change the sort order that the team member will display in, it’s not recommended to change it here, but instead, use the drag-and-drop sorting feature on the Team Members screen.

Active

Allows you to display or hide the team member. This is enabled by default.

Enable / Disable Detail Page

Enable or disable the team member’s detail page. This is enabled by default.

Basic Information

Prefix, First Name, Middle Name / Initial, and Last Name

Enter the team member’s basic information. Only First Name is required.

Postnominals

Enter any degrees or credentials

Start Date

If you know it, enter the start date the team member started working at the company.

Professional Details

Primary Role

Enter the main job title

Secondary Role

Enter a secondary job title if the team member holds multiple roles

Department / Team

Enter the department or team.

Contact Information

Enter contact details for the team member.

Office Location

If you have created an office location in the Location settings, you can select it here. The office location will display below the team member’s contact details. This is optional.

Biography

Short Bio

The short bio is a brief summary that appears on the landing page. This is optional.

Full Bio

The full bio is displayed on the detail page. If you’re not using detail pages, you can leave this empty.

Images & Media

Landing Page Bio Image

The main bio image on the teams landing page.

Landing Page Bio Hover Image

An alternative bio image that appears when users hover over it.

Landing Page Hover Video

Instead of a bio image, you can upload a short video (MP4) which appears when users hover over the bio image.

Details Page Bio Image

The bio image on the teams details page.

Details Page Hero Image

A large background banner that appears at the top of the teams details page.

Teams Categories

If you have created Teams Categories, they will be displayed in the far right sidebar of the screen to choose from.
